When I left my family to move to Utah I couldn’t have been more excited. I was going to college and pursuing my dreams. But little did I know the Utah winters would be the bane of my existence. As I approached my graduation four years later my husband and I only circled potential destinations that were warm on our map.

Texas summers have been a whole ‘nother story. While they get extremely hot, I’d much rather deal with the heat than the cold.

Big T’s birthday was a couple months ago and when Grandma asked for his wish list, a water table was at the top. We busted it out right away, but now that the temperature is heating up, it’s getting a lot of use. I’d been working on a video for their grandma to show off all the fun they’ve been having, when some friends of mine invited me to join in a Step2 giveaway. I realized that the water table they’ve been playing with is the same brand, so though this tie in would be perfect.

So a big thanks to Grandma for the fun toy!

I’m hoping to start doing a giveaway once a month on my blog to give back to my fabulous readers.–Sharing something I own and love. Consider this a start. Watch the video to see the Step2 water table my kids are enjoying (promise you’ll love it), and read below to see the fabulous giveaway where one winner takes all.

Oh wow! This is making me wish we lived in the suburbs now instead of the city. We *just* got rid of our mini-water table on our balcony cause living high up it was a pain to empty out and it got nasty. I was hoping to find a mini-one with a lid, but I haven’t been able to. And I just have to say, little man poking his belly in the video is too adorable!

    • Baby Making Mama says:

Thanks Quiana, that little poking the belly shot was one of my favorites in the vid. Hehe.

I've decided there are few things in life as adorable as watching a kid discover snow for the first time. My Texas kiddos froze their butts off but had a blast in Utah making snow angels and tubing. Of course in true paparazzi fashion I got it on video. New #ontheblog link in bio! #HeresToFirsts #MakingMemories #letitsnow
So very thankful for these three. And a rare family photo we captured today! #happythanksgiving
He's got snow in his fro! Today was the first time my kids saw and experienced snow and it was magical. We went tubing and again! was this guy's word of the day. #HeresToFirsts #makingmagicalmemories
These two... #icanteven. And yes, getting this picture was as torturous as you can imagine. My fam is trying something new this Christmas. Details on the blog. Link in bio!
Every year we pick out a new @hallmark Ornament. 2015 has been the year of Disney for my family. Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and in two weeks, a Disney Christmas Cruise. I could think of no better ornament than Mickey ears to be our family's keepsake on the tree this year. And it even sings! (My son quickly realized this... Oh boy) ?. #keepsakeit. #promo
I had no idea my husband would be such a hot Hook ?. #happyhalloween
This week I'm shooting a photography course on photographing children. Coming soon to a website near you! ?
This *may* be my favorite shoot to date. Lil' J was as playful as ever embodying her current favorite princess. All of the photos are now up on the blog. Plus a Q&A with Lil' J about the process. Link in bio. #dressupwithj #princesstiana #disneyside
It's a shame I'm her mom. This girl loves to cook SO much and I do not. But I'm resolving to make this something we can do together. Her bright, excited and happy face makes the kitchen much less gloomy for me. Check out these peanut butter banana bites she whipped up for her and her brother after school.
